		<description>I second the comment on not wearing red.  Red is TOO MUCH color saturation and tends to make the video cameras freak out a little.

White is not good either because it is too bright and will throw your exposure off.

		<description>As a professional videographer, I would add one suggestion to what you wear.  We always tell people that they can wear whatever they want *except* the fine patterns you mentioned AND to avoid white or red.

Cameras do NOT like red.  Red is probably the worst color choice followed closely by white.</description>
