This first video tutorial covers the basics of how video editing programs work. You’ll find that no matter which specific program you use, the on-screen layout and user interface will be similar.
This second video tutorial demonstrates how to edit using Windows Movie Maker, one of the most common programs around since it comes bundled with Windows. It’s not fancy but will do the basics just fine!
This third video tutorial demonstrates basic editing On Final Cut Express, which is a higher level video editing program put out by Apple.
This fourth video shows more advanced techniques for Final Cut Express. Here again, the techniques you’ll see in this tutorial will be similar to whatever program you’re actually using so even if you you something other than FCE, these tutorials will be helpful for you.
