Lots of us, including me, do not really like to look at ourselves on camera. For me, seeing myself on video makes me groan and say, “Bleah! Who IS that fat, old woman?”

Yup, reality can be depressing!

Camera shyness is probably the number one reason why people put off making a web video.

Well, I’m doing my best to get over it and want to encourage you to do the same.

One thing that has helped me dare to put my wrinkled, chubby face on web video is my friendship with Thom McFadden. Thom is a lifelong Hollywood character actor.
